I actually just had that , mines went away I'm 24wks it lasted on & off for a day.
Yes I actually developed gallstones in my last pregnancy and the surgeon that removed it after I delivered said that a lot of pregnant women develop issues with their gallbladder. I thought I was just having Braxton hicks and I was terrified that that was how labor was going to be. I personally think that gallbladder attacks hurt worse than labor.
I could get those while pregnant? I didn't know that...
If it's localized on your upper right stomach it could be your gallbladder. Ask your doc if that's a possibility.

It may be braxton hicks , which is preparing you for the actual labour , everyone gets it at different stages of pregnancy , some dont even get it . Or it may be your uterus tighten and baby stretching .
