having to pee!

i realize that during pregnancy we have to pee all the time, however i was just wondering if the frequency i am going is normal compared to others, or if i might have a UTI.  i literally have to pee all the time, nonstop.  i use the bathroom, do not go very much at all and literally when i stand up from toilet to pull pants up i have the sensation of having to pee really bad again. i don't go but i feel like i have to. i do have some pains near my bladder, which i associate with my growing belly, but perhaps it is a UTI? what do you think, does the frequency of my urination, atleast 1x per 30 minutes, and the sensation to go all the time sound familiar to you?? i am in my 36w of pregnancy.

It sounds to me like you have a bladder infection.
I have the same issue where I can't even walk by the bathroom without all of a sudden having to pee and make a trip.
I can't even walk NEAR the bathroom without having to make a special trip.
I'll go on my way out for a smoke, and when I'm done, I'll have to stop in again on the way back to my room.
It's rediculous.
During the day I pee about every 20-40 minutes.
I wake up once an hour every night to go the bathroom, I can't ignore it cuz I always wake up in the middle of a BH contraction and it makes me almost pee my pants and it hurts SOOOO bad!!
But after I'm done, I don't feel like I have to pee anymore.
That having to pee sensation, or burning sensation is linked to a UTI and you should bring it up with your doc to get it treated before it gets worse and spreads.

Sounds like a UTI. I just found out I had one to. You need to see a doc asap b.c U can go into labor because of it.

I've never been pregnant before but you sound like your pretty far along. Everything must be pushing on you bladder to make you have the sensation!  You'll have to pretty up your bathroom b/c it sounds like you spend a lot of time in there ! LOL
