I just re read what i wrote, didn't mean to sound as rude as I did. I wrote that at around 2 am here and I hadn't slept due to someone's dog yapping and howling all night. So sorry. :)

I despise coffee I don't even like the smell when the hubby makes it in the mornings but my cup of tea did help some. I've also been sleeping most if the day and that's helping. thank you all fir your wonderful words of wisdom

Why not coffee ?? It's what my Dr recommended for my migraines in the first and second trimesters of both my pregnancies. Especially when the low level pain relief wasnt working and I didn't want to take the stronger stuff. If you look into it, a cup of coffee per day is actually allowed.

I use headache/migrane cooling pads that stick to your forehead, they work wonders and you're not taking any meds (:

Try a cup of coffee, it won't hurt bub but the small amount if caffeine may help ease the tension. Also it sounds weird but sometimes works, try rubbing a little Vicks onto your temples and along the back if your neck, then have a lay down or try to sleep.

You can take tylenol 650mg-1000mg as directed. If you wanna try going without medicine, try drinking a coke and laying down for a while. I hope you feel better!
