Someone please tell me what can help get rid of this severe heartburn and acid reflux I hurts sooo bad and nothing seems to be helping:(

Eat smaller meals nothin acidic dont lay dwn for a hour after eating drink water

zantac 150! Works in like 30 min! Dr said its OK to use while preggo as long as its not too often.

I don't like taking meds so i drink some white milk and pop some tums then (this may sound weird) but brush my teeth. I brush mostly because of the burping & the taste that leaves in my mouth! Also try bread or i  heard drinking pickle juice helps... ???!!!

Lots of tums and ask for a prescription of Zantac. I feel your pain
