heartburn!
I'm 21+3 and I had not suffer from heartburn before, but know, omg it feels like a burning chest! Anyone else getting heartburn at this stage?
Oh boy yes, I had to have perscription meds for mine. It was affecting my eating habits so much I was losing weight. Even bland food killed me. But all is good now. Im 27 wks.
Zantac is safe. Works better than tums I had to chew tums every few hours. Zantac you take once every 12 hours as needed
Im 24+3. I eat ice cream or use 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water (drink fast to avoid vomiting) since tums and milk both maje me vomit.
