Don't eat within 2 to 3 hours of going to bed. Eat bland boring food for dinner. Think chicken sans seasonings and rice and broccoli. No spicy! Prop yourself up on the pillows in bed and pray. Haha. I had it pretty bad a few nights myself. Would wake me up from a dead sleep! (Fyi milk helps alleviate the feeling in some people but doesn't do anything about the actual acid. In fact acid reflux has nothing to do with overproduction of acid, Google it!!)

A small glass of milk. Definitely don't lay straight down. Elevate your pillows so your almost sitting up

Try just milk by itself. It works for me and I get heartburn so bad I can't move and it makes my back hurt. Lol
