heavy bleeding

hi.i recently had my baby exactly one month ago.the first 3days with lochia were heavy bleeding.then the rest of the days were normal,but these past days ive noticed a change in my bleeding,it has gotten heavy and ive had a few huge clots.is this normal? i dont know much about this i am 17 years old i am breastfeeding and this is my 1st baby

Have big are these clots. I was told if the bleeding became very heavy (more than a pad an hour) and/or had clots larger than a quarter to come in immediately. Do you still have your hospital discharge papers? For mine they put conditions where I would need to be seen if they happened and who to call in that situation. Call and ask your doctor what they want you to do.

yes hun its very common 2 bleed and the clots are normal its like ur body is getting rid of rubbishdont worry its normal

I think heavy bleeding is normal after delivery.I am also TTC so really sorry i can't help u more.

This could be your first period after birth. I have been told if you are filling a pad more than every hour you need to see your OB asap but I don't know if that is different for right after pregnancy as I am still cooking my first baby (I'm 30 weeks pregnant). Sorry I can't help more
