you can also take stool softener to help and drink plenty of water. a cup of coffee in the morning always helps me go.
I am right there with you, I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow and it's terrible! I have found myself to be good friends with the cereal "Wheaties" and that seems to help me. As well as yogurt with some chopped up strawberries, blueberries and granola. Be sure to also drink more water.
