help! FENUGREEK!

I've heard to use fenugreek to help bring on contractions. Have any of you mommies taken it and had success? I'm not sure if I should take it, I'm 50/50 right now. 37 weeks, trying to induce bcuz fiance leaves for military training soon and want him to be here for the birth lol

From what I've read, fenugreek does help with milk production. Some people say to not takenit dirong pregnancy because it causes uterine contractions and could cause premature labor. BUT I guess if you are full term it shouldn't matter...and it might actually get real labor started.

Ive never heard of it inducing labour but im not too sure. Its used to help make sure your breast milk comes in fully. I had problems breast feeding with my first and doc recommended fenugreek.

I thought Fenugreek was used to promote milk flow for moms that are breast-feeding? I know it can also used to treat other medical problems but I'm not sure about jump starting labor... BUMP!

what is that???? i am in the same boat as you and i am pretty much done with this ride!!!!! i am evicting her as of now!!!!! i had two contractions today but thats it :(
