No wait needed for pregnancy after miscarriage
For the best pregnancy outcomes, when should a woman try to conceive again after a miscarriage? The sooner the better, a new study suggests. Scottish researchers looked at data for nearly 31,000 women who became pregnant after an initial miscarriage. Compared to women who conceived 6 to 12 months after their miscarriage, those who became pregnant again within 6 months were 34% less likely to miscarry a second time. They were also less likely to have an ectopic pregnancy, a cesarean or preterm delivery, or a low-birth-weight infant. The highest risks of a second miscarriage and other pregnancy complications were seen among women who conceived more than 24 months after miscarriage. The findings run contrary to current guidelines by the World Health Organization to wait at least half a year to conceive after having a miscarriage, which affects approximately one in five pregnancies.

Symptoms including cravings are NOT a reliable indication of pregnancy. Most pregnancy symptoms do not show until Approx six weeks pregnant.
First think about the last time you had sex... have u missed a period... have you taken a pregnancy test... have you been to the Dr... and finally any weird cravingsss. lol umm these are questions i would ask yourself. take a home pregnancy test and see a Dr. im sorry im not much help. :/ if u need nemore help just ask.
If you know that your hcg level is 0 from the miscarriage it is possible you could test and see what the pregnancy test says. It is entirely possible to be pregnant again and actually studies do show that after a miscarriage getting pregnant again right away leads to much less miscarriages and pregnancy complications so there is no need to wait to ttc again. I'm so sorry for your loss.
First I want to say sorry for your loss. Honestly, I think it's just your body trying to adjust. Just wait it out and see what happens:-)
