help! please answer asap.

Ok so im 40+1 and ive been having contractions sense yesterday around 5. And they have been every 5 minutes. But i can talk through them....should i go in or wait til i they get stronger? I don't know what to do and i dont want to go.to the drs and just get sent home.

Yeah probably. Last time i was checked i was at 3 cm so probably dialated more by now.

I agree , every labor is different so yes I think you should go in because your contractions are every 5 mins you're probably dilated enough to be admitted

My hospital is close. And yeah ima about to call them.

I'd call and ask. If your hospital is close, I'd go but if it's further than like 20 - 25 mins id wait

Im not one to just go in but I would go in because some people just labor easily.

Gosh its a hard decision...i dont want to be sent home but what if it is the real thing. U know?

I think you should go to the doctor coz if your having them every 5 minutes that baby might be ready to come! Good luck and god bless you and the baby!

Def go in. my labor with my last daughter was much like that, by the time I got to the hospital I had almost waited to long, because we had her 2 short house later. Much better safe then sorry.

From personal experience id say to not go and waste your time , I was at l&D yesterday since I was having contractions since 1 am and I was sent home because I was only 3 cm and my contractions were 8 mins apart and I could talk through them and walk so they said to go back until my contractions were every 3 mins and when I couldn't talk or walk through them

I would say wait until they're stronger. If you can talk through them they're minor contractions. But you should also call the Dr.
