Ive been having contraction since about 4 hours and in the past half hour theyve been getting really strong and I can time them at 3 minutes apart and they last about a minute, theyre pretty painful and make me curl into a ball and grit my teeth...To they have to be so bad im crying for me to go to hospital? I dont want to wake my mum if theyre just strong braxton hicks..any help fast thankyou
