I have had the exact same experience. When I was 18 and went for my 20 week ultrasound they also found a single choroid plexus cyst in my daughters brain. The said the chances of it not going away were slim but they would still do another ultrasound every 4 weeks until it was gone. At my 24 week ultrasound there were no changes. At ym 28 week ultrasound it was gone completely. They said it is just one of those things if science wasnt so sophisticated they would have never had to put me through the stress and worry. Anyways my little girl is 7 years old now and absolutely perfect. I am sure the same will happen for you =) Good luck

my baby also had a cyst on her brain at my 19 week scan. 8 weeks later they did another scan to make sure it was gone. it did clear up on its own. i guess its very common and happens in a lot of pregnancies.

i personally have not had this problem, however my friends baby had the choroid plexus cyst on the brain and they also found cysts on her kidneys. Her baby is now a perfectly healthy one year old. From what i know that can disappear on their own! Good Luck

My son had cysts on his liver and one on his heart. I had an amnio done at 23.4 weeks and it turned out that everything was fine and they cleared up by themselves. As for the one on the brain, you need to talk to your doctor about it and they might recommend an amnio just in case.
