I've had somethin' similar happen to me. I laid down for a bit, drank some cold water, and took In deep breathes and tried to relax and I started to feel better. But mine went away within a few mins so If your still having It, then I don't know, sorry. =-[ Hope IT goes away soon.
It kinda sounds like an anxiety attack I mean I have anxiety and I have felt like that during my pregnancy but your hormone level can be so high or you might be having a bad hot flash and can be freaking out over it but if its anxiety it can last for a while but its nothing serious to relax nothing bad is going to happen
