he's here!!

Just an update! I had Alexander Cormac on September 5th at 2:26am. He was pretty big! 9pounds 3.7 ounces and 22 inches long. Everything went great until I got to 7 1/3 centimeters and then my contractions went to my back, which because of the pain and the amount of pitocin they were giving me, I was getting sick. Which caused me to make the decision to get the epidural. It didn't hurt at all, and within minutes I could feel the difference. A couple hours after that, I was checked again and I was fully dilated but he was coming out face first and neck bent. :( so it ended in a csection which took a total if 15 minutes to get him out and 45 minutes to staple me back up. His eyes are still swollen because of the position he was in :( but other then that he is amazing. The only time he cries is when we change him and it's because he's cold. He sleeps onto of me or my boyfriend for his naps during the day. Its adorable:) I'm in love all over again <3

Thank you!! They want me to be taking 2 percocets every three hours but I talked them down to one when I need it. I hate the way they make me feel :( I get really hot and groggy. id rather be in a little bit of pain instead of feeling an awful high.
