high ketones and protien levels help me understand

so my 11week test results came back my guclose is neg, but my keytones levels are 80mg, and my protien is 70mg. has anyone had problems like this before what does it mean?

If u have protein in your urine its a sign of preeclampsia thats how i found out i had it with my first baby

ketones in ur urine means sugar which i had when i had gestational diabetes (although ketones will be present when had severe throwing up and dehydration) and protein means possibly a urinary tract infection. Hope i helped goodluck =)

I know keytones in urine means you're dehydrated or almost to that point. It also shows your midwife that you've been sick lately throwing up. Protein I'm not really to sure.

my doctor is out of the office till friday so i dont think she ready the results im 5'8 165 , i was never told i was at high risk for gd. i know i  waa sick for 2 days from morning sickness before i was tested. but i drank alot of water thank you for answering you two

Did they test your key tones in your urine or through a blood test? If key tones in tour urine is high than it is normally a sign of dehydration. Jist drink lots of fluids. I don't know about the protein though

I didnt have my glucose test til 26 weeks.... are you at a high risk for g.d.? As far as your proteins and keytones, its hard to say without knowung your weight/other factors. I am sure if there were an issue with keytone and protein levels, your doc woykd have called you

also i came there with no food or water that morning and the last time i ate was at 6pm the nifhte before
