HI, I am 15 wks pregnant and I am suffering from horrible headaches. I called my doctor about it but they just told me to take some tylonal. I can't seem to get rid of these headaches during the day. I wake up with them, I go to sleep with them and I deal with them during the day. I have know idea what is going on because with my first child I didn't have headaches like this. Is there anything or maybe any kind of remedies that I can try to calm down my headaches???
Unfortunately headaches are common during pregnancy. I get them when my blood sugar dips too low. They also can sometimes indicate blood pressure problems so I would have that checked out. I have a BP moniter for home, you can get them at any drug store. Good luck.
Thanks girls for your help! I have tried tylonal and it doesnt help and it just come and goes from time to time but they are hurting bad. I do have a problem with blood pressure but only during pregnancy and maybe that could be it. I will have it checked out at my next appointment. Thanks for the response!
I have been getting horrible headaches as well. I also live in a part of Canada where we also experience chinooks and I often get chinook headaches as well which makes my pregnancy headaches more like really bad migraines. I have taken Tylenol and it helps a bit as I never take anything when I normally get headaches . I also swathed from coffee to black tea, it has 33% of the caffeine coffee has but that little bit helps with the headaches!
