I have been getting horrible headaches as well. I also live in a part of Canada where we also experience chinooks and I often get chinook headaches as well which makes my pregnancy headaches more like really bad migraines. I have taken Tylenol and it helps a bit as I never take anything when I normally get headaches . I also swathed from coffee to black tea, it has 33% of the caffeine coffee has but that little bit helps with the headaches!
Thanks girls for your help! I have tried tylonal and it doesnt help and it just come and goes from time to time but they are hurting bad. I do have a problem with blood pressure but only during pregnancy and maybe that could be it. I will have it checked out at my next appointment. Thanks for the response!
Unfortunately I also get headaches although I think mine are more to do with the heat and fluid in take as I suffer Morning sickness quite bad still.
Unfortunately headaches are common during pregnancy. I get them when my blood sugar dips too low. They also can sometimes indicate blood pressure problems so I would have that checked out. I have a BP moniter for home, you can get them at any drug store. Good luck.
ugh. I hate pregnancy headaches.
yes, take tylenol. unfortunately, I have found that it doesn't help much.
did you quit caffene cold turkey?? Are you used to having cokes or coffee in a day? I try to limit caffene, but I have found when I am having a headache that a small soda really helps.
can you soak in the tub & try to relax? Could your partner massage your neck, shoulders, temples....
