how accurate?

How accurate are the doctors usually when they tell you how far along you are going off size and not LMP

Also for example u could be having a big baby so youll measure bigger but doesnt mean youll have baby sooner.

Its not really accurate most of the time because baby could be positioned a certain way, you could have extra fluid, your uterus could be position differently, etc. All of those factors could throw off measurements. My son measured 3 weeks ahead for a while because he was laying in a position that made me measure larger than I actually was.
