how can i tell if im lactating

well im 23 weeks and i cant tell if im lactating or not. my nipples are wet so does that mean im lactating?

As above its colostrum. You may leak, you may not notice it at all but it is there already. You will not get milk till a few days after baby is born is don't discouraged if you feel like it's not coming, colostrum is good enough untill then.

You lactate after you give birth. That's just colostrum.

I leaked a little with my first, with this baby I'm flooding at 22 weeks.

It's called colostrum and it's the beginning of lactation! You may leak a little till birth then you'll produce more to feed your baby.

My nipples leak a little it's like a clear liquid with bits of creamy coloured liquid in it I wouldn't class it as lactating but your body is definitely preparing to lactate x
