how do you know preeclampsia wothout going to the dr.?

Hey guys, I have had a headache for three days. I went online and figured out it is a migrane.. Wel I am 31+ 1 today and kind of worried. When I looked online (multiple websites) it says that a migrane in the last two trimesters can.be a sign of preeclampsia, Have any of you went through this? I feel bad for running to the dr. so I wantes to get some input first. I have had this happen once before and I was around 22 - 25 weks...

You yourself can only go off of symptoms , the doctor will check your urine and blood pressure to truly know and diagnose it . Sorry I could help as much .

Congrats im 26+6 . I would call your doctor check to be sure because It is something that needs to have an eye kept on it can be dangerous to you and your baby . Headaches is a symptom but not sure if that means you have it ? Have you noticed any other symptoms ? Your not bothering your doctor hes there to make sure you and your baby are safe and healthy :) Symptoms : Abdominal pain, Severe headaches, Change in reflexes, Reduced urine or no urine output, DizzinessExcessive vomiting and nausea You should seek care right away if you have:Sudden and new swelling in your face, hands, and eyes (some feet and ankleswelling is normal during pregnancy.)Blood pressure greater than 140/90.Sudden weight gain over 1 or 2 days .
