How do y'all get comfortable and fall asleep?

I feel I've tryed everything nothing works!

I'm actually kinda comfortable maybe I can fall asleep. I'm in the living room in the recliner with a pillow on my back!

I toss and turn all night!! Ive tried pillows, ive tried propping myself up to help with the heartburn... nothing works cos as soon as i get comfy and fall asleep i need to get up to pee!!!

Get a body pillow and lay it on your bed and lay on it when you go to sleep then cuddle to a pillow and put one between your legs go on google an look up how to sleep when having severe back pain

I've tryed the pillow cuddling worked for a few days but the past few days it has not worked I'm going to try a warm bath.
I always sleep on my side but I don't get a good sleep I wake up every hour literally every hour.

Lol so do i ive been waking up every morning on my back it never fails...lol but wake up in pain! :/

It takes me a while. I usually sleep on my right side but sometimes my back pain is so bad I toss and turn until I just knock out on my back. Lol. I try not to sleep on my back because it hurts when I wake up and its bad for you but I just wake up like that every single morning! Without fail! IDK why.

I usually take a warm bath put on lotion and have tons of pillows and cuddle with my body pillow. It works every night:)
