how long does it take?

We are so ready to conceive and just started trying this month.  For those of you with regular cycles, how long did it take for you to conceive?

It took me 2 months the first time and 5 months the second time after having a miscarriage

I think I came off the pill and had two periods before becoming pregnant the first time .  That was when we were relieved hubby wasn't firing blanks. The next two we just let nature take its course and they were all about 2 years apart (probably as I was breastfeeding for a long time)

I had a somewhat regular cycle starting six months after getting off the pill 29-30 days. It took my husband and I 9 months, 3 months trying, 3 month break (we were moving), and 6 consecutive months to concieve her. You only have a 20-25% chance of concieving each month, and it can take a healthy couple up to and over a year to concieve. Best advice I can give you is start having sex every other day before and after you ovulate, if you know when you ovulate make a sex day that day.
