thanks everyone!! i really appreciate all your help!
i must admit, i have had a breast reduction. i had it when i was 16 and i am slowly getting feeling back. i wish i had more sensitivity as that would probably be the best indication to things i think. but no, alas, that piece of me is gone. but i still dont regret that decision, i can't imagine life now with those beasts! i am really hoping i can still breast feed. i think that is the only thing i am really concerned about as it pertains to my breasts.
cramps are still here and i am feeling nausea now and again. but i'm still at the stage of "i'm okay with feeling yucky as long as it means i'm pregnant" my hubby says "just wait a few months when you're pregnant, that thought will change" and he's right but for now i'll keep my fingers crossed.
thanks for the wishes everyone!!
I had the strangest craving for bbq sauce a like a week before I got a BFP (I tested one day before my period was due). I don't even like bbq sauce!! lol.... so, it's not too early. I had some cramping too - it was mild and not like my usual period cramps, so I had a feeling something good was happening! A few days before the BFP I had really sore breasts, then the soreness subsided after getting the BFP and has been mild-moderate throughout my pregnancy. I didn't start getting full-blown symptoms until the start of week 6. BEST WISHES to you!! :)
I mentioned in another post asking about pregnancy symptoms my 'weird' craving that I had for a week after I ovulated. This happened with both pregnancies and never any other time when I wasn't. I was *addicted* to Ramen noodles and garlic toast. *Had* to have it at least once a day ...the craving lasted for about a week, then was gone.
As for discharge and temping and all that other ovulation stuff ...I have never had a clue. I have been very blessed to be a "have sex, get pregnant" kinda girl ...at least with hubby. =D Never tried to get pregnant with anyone else!
With my first pregnancy, I noticed my breasts were *super* sore the week I should have got AF. I just kept saying it was b/c my body was adjusting to life off birth control and this was AF coming (b/c my boobs have *never* been that sore before/after/during AF). I had also been sick the week before AF with a sinus cold, so I thought my fatigue and nausea was b/c of that.
With this pregnancy, I had the sore boobs again (but not nearly as bad as the first time) and a lot of fatigue and nausea as the weeks went on. I know they say pregnancies differ ...but my symptoms early on stayed fairly the same.
thank you!!!
that was an amazing answer i really appreciate it!
you'll have to work with me here i'm still not sure what all the abbreviations mean yet. so i was suppose to ovulate on the 11th according to the 14 day thing. but i noticed the change in discharge on the 7th. so that would be 7 days past ovulation, if i am correct with the discharge observation. so that would fit when my symptoms appeared nicely. i am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that this is it. you're answer has really helped i feel much more positive about things now.
thanks amy!
No, it's not too soon to be feeling anything! Implantation occurs between 6-12 days past ovulation. Once implanation occurs your body begins to produce the pregnancy horomone HcG (what preg tests check for!) That horomone is what causes the symptoms! How many days past ovulation are you? I would say you'd be safe to test after 10DPO (but don't be disappointed with a negative...it sometimes won't show positive for several more days!)
GOOD LUCK and lots of BABY DUST to you!
