Im on Baby #3 and I have no time to lay in bed and be nauseous. If I cant throw up I stick my finger down my throat. Makes it go away instantly. It might be disgusting. But it works for me.
??? U asked for help... that's a good suggestion, u want relief or not? Throwing up is disgusting period. Idk how my suggestion makes it less disgusting but if u don't wanna do it thendon't. I was just trying to help u didn't need to be rude.

Yes I'm only 6 weeks but I have the same problem. I have the feeling in my throat to throw up but nothing comes out ):
I was like that with both pregnancies from early on to 20 some weeks. I had to get zofran for it because it got too bad that nothing worked anymore and so then I wouldn't eat because eating made it worse and then id throw up stomach acid.
When I was pregnant with my first I had terrible nausea and I can relate. The ONLY thing that made it go away was vomitting then I was able to eat something. I used to take cigarette butts or half smoked cigarettes, because that's what disgusted me at the time, and sniff them over the toilet and that usually made me vomit. Try using something that u can't stand the smell of. It might help

Ya you may not need to throw up it may just be a sitting feeling in your stomach try some crackers and drink sprite from a straw
I'm the same way. Nauseous 24/7 but don't throw up. I eat allot of crackers and try to stay away from nauseating food (which seems to be everything!) Specially dairy.

CarrieW4 that's what happen to me its just really bad nausea I felt Like that at 6weeks im now 8weeks and 2days
When I get morning sickness it isn't food that comes up its like this foaming stuff but try eating slower I find that helps me a lot and drinking water more slowly as well
