i dont know if im pregnant??

hi, i think i may be pregnant as i have not had a period since 22nd september  and i have been feeling nauseous and needing to pee more than usual, i am also more tired than i used to be. the problem is the home pregnancy test comes back negative .. i have done 3 so far. im not worried at the fact i could be pregnant so i dont think this would stop my period.

im now worried this may be a phantom pregnancy  as my sister suggested this is wot it could be and dont know why i would have this as im only 21 and im not planning to have a baby yet.

That's okay if you get up at night to go.  Just put a test in the bathroom next to the toilet.  Chances are you will have been asleep for a few hours before you wake up for the first time.  Or you can do what stephmeister suggested and go to the doctor and have them do a blood test.  I would do the HPT first just for convenience reasons but if you still get a negative, then I would go to the doctor and have them do the blood work.

You can try testing during the day but don't drink a lot of water and try to hold the urine in for a little bit. If you feel you need to go to the bathroom hold it as long as possible and then try it. Doing this will concentrate the urine and hopefully give you a better test.

i have tried this also..has this poss not worked because i get up every few hours for the toilet at night time? i know its a sillly question but i dont realy know anything about pregnancy

I would suggest you go to the doctor and tell them when your last period was. They can give you a blood test and hopefully that will clear it all up for you. Good luck to you!

Try using first morning urine when you test.  Your HCG levels are higher in the morning because the urine has been stored all night in your body.
