Talk to your doctor first. I'm 38 weeks and I took it for constipation and it did absolutely nothing for me. I got dulcolax pills from doctor next and that barely did anything.
Hello, 25 weeks is too early to do anything that might impact the pregnancy or bring on contractions. You should not ingest anything without talking to your doctor. We wish you the best.
