im sad and need some advice

okay tell me what is happening to me. im 4 weeks 2 days pregnant. at 3 weeks and 5 days my hcg levels were 65. then 48 hours later at 4 weeks they were 106. there not doubling right. plus i have severe persistant lower back pain that ive had for 5 days now. and i mean it is CONSTANT. no cramping or bleeding, my boobs are barely sore. you have to really touch them to make them tingle. i miscarried before and i had the bad back pain but i also had cramps and spotting with it. do my numbers look okay, and have anyone else had lower back pain at 4 weeks prego???

i've been having lower back pains since i was around 5-6 weeks. lately it's been getting to the point that it actually hurts to walk. and usually only if i'm standing or have been sitting for a long period of time is when it does hurt.  i haven't had spotting though and my cramps have been few and far between. my boobs....they'll hurt like he** one day and then not so much the next.  i do know that lower back pains are normal. it could be your sciatic or lombard nerve. i had issues with back pains pre pregnancy and my mom says it's just magnified due to me being preggers. (my hips have issues with slipping out of place) or it could be the way the baby is laying. as long as your not spotting/bleeding i wouldn't worry so much. you could call your doc and ask him/her what the suggest you do about it.

I had lower back pain 3 days before I m/c last week. But I also had heavy bleeding with many clots as well. The cramps were very minor, it barely hurt.
