Your exeperiencing round ligament pains.... The only thing really you can do for them is take some tylenol... Usually babies don't become active until between 18-22 weeks... So if you haven't felt anything yet, don't panic... Baby could already be moving, and your just not recognizing it as movement... try drinking some orange juice... That usually really get's em' moving! I do that everytime before I have an ultrasound and sure enough... LOL..

what you are feeling is round ligament pain.

as for not feeling movement.  Books say that you will prob start to feel the baby move around this time, but everone is different.  I'm sure you will start to feel something soon...  it's still early.

I used to feel my little one up moving around every time I tried to go to sleep.  When you are up moving around, your motions rock the baby to sleep.  When you are sleeping soundly, the baby wakes up.  Perhaps you have felt movement, but you were just sleeping!!!   I'm sure as you get further along you will be wishing that little bean would let you sleep already!

your baby will have moving days and lazy days, in any pregnancy. the pulling sensation sounds like your ligaments growing and stretching. mine felt like a stabbing pain. as long as there is no blood, you should be fine. if you do not feel movement in the next day or two, see your doctor. Don't fret over this, everyone is different but we all experience the same sort of things x
