implantation bleeding or menstrual period

my cycles are 32 days long. my last period was on 9/26 which means my next period should be on 10/27 but I started spotting on the 22nd first it was only noticed it when I wiped. first day was pinkish it looked diluted. .next day it looked brownish the 3rd day it started getting heavier but just enough for me to use a panty liner. I have work out classes and I noticed that when I workout that's when I get more blood on my panty liner. now today is my 4rth day and it has gotten a little stronger but my blood doesn't have the smell of a regular period..is it possible that I'm having implantation bleading. I'm not sure if I ovulated on the 10th or the 14th. I'm tracking my basal body temp and I got a dip on the 14th. my temp is between 97.5 and 9.6.I want to test but I've heard that you can't test while your still bleeding because you may get a negative. should I still test or should I wait 2more days??

so did it turn out to be a positive reading? I have 3 children all up and I didnt have this experience with my 1st 2 children. I have had the implantation bleeding with my 3rd child who is now 11 months. It only lasted 2 days, bad cramps, migranes, thirsty..... And just last week I was due for my period and only had them for 2 days again, ive only had one bad migrane since my period, unsure could this be baby number 4?!

hopefully its first trimester bleeding and not an early period..thank you for your advise and I will keep you posted if I'm pregnant or not :)

If you're prego, then it's first-trimester bleeding, not your period. You can get an early period if you ovulate early, so it's confusing. :-( That early light bleeding stuff they just don't call implantation bleeding, because implantation bleeding is what happens when the baby finally sticks to you, and it doesn't happen all that often. I think the early, light "period" thing is more of a deal where your body's cleaning itself out to get ready for baby.

Yeah it's not unusual to not get a BFP right away, so no worries.

lol well I think I will take one later on just for fun and wait a couple more days to take the other one..I've been having having a lot of symptoms like constant urination, backaches, light headed,extremely bloated, headaches, fatigue like yesterday I fell asleep at 6pm didn't wake up til 7am today, the only thing I don't have is sore boobs my nipples itch sometimes but not all the times. my bff said she didn't get a bfp til she was 5weeks preggers..I'm crossing my fingers that I am pregnant

I know. It drove me bonkers. LOL I mean you could try for fun if you think it'd help ya chill but I'd advise saving a backup test till after your period's due. I can't get a positive that early to save my soul, any brand.

so do you think this is just my regular period and it just came sooner??..or it can still be implantation bleeding??

Also, they usually call that decidual bleeding or first-trimester bleeding. It happens in about 30% of pregnancies. Most medical pros say actual implantation bleeding, which is considered rare, is like a small spot of blood that you'd notice only once or twice.

I'm really not sure I'm thinking the 10th of this month because I started getting dry mouth(i read it can be a symptom of pg as well) on the 15th and that lasted about 5days since I started drinking a lot more water.unless I got pregnant on the 14th and started having symptoms the very next day..

ok ill wait 2more days I'm just soo impatient..thank you I hope I am me and my boyfriend have been trying since Jan.

Don't test until the day your period should have been due, at the earliest. Although some boxes say you can get results five days sooner, they're really not reliable.

I had bleeding five days early also. It didn't last as long as yours and was noticeably different from my regular period. And I got a positive on the morning I was supposed to get my period.
