implantation or breakthrough bleeding ..HELP!..

...ive been on ortho tri cyclen for 11 months never missed a pill and never had any problems....untill this month I had bleeding exactly one week before my period it was very light pink only noticable when i wipe it happened for a day and a half.....so i wated for my period and it was 1 day late andnot like it usually is ...its usually very flowing....but its brown /bright red.....and if i use a tampon it only fills a quarter of it so its like im just spotting....when usually im over flowing them.....i dont usually cramp on my period but my lower stomach has been aching for a few days...ive had a on and off headache for a lil over a week...im just really confused with what it could be...implantation bleeding, breakthrough bleeding, idk....ive took 3 preg test all neg...

I posted a question about almost EXACTLY the same thing - with no responses, really. I think not many people have experience with it, maybe?

But anyway, I'm going through the same thing. I've advise to take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor and have them do a blood test..

I'm sorry you haven't received any responses to your post. As for this one, I have had no experience with ortho tri cyclen, so I cannot answer your question. The only suggestion I can give is to see your doctor and have a blood test done to check for pregnancy. Sorry I couldn't be much help. :) But wanted you to know that I did read your post.
