influenza

I work at a nursing home/retirement home. we have two different areas, the nursing home side and the living center side, and I work back and forth from both. right now the living center side has been quarantined with influenza and its making its way to nursing home. makes me nervous because I work there and I don't think this is something I should be around! But I do need money and who knows how long it will be in the building. What do you think about being around influenza?

Do you have any sick time you can use until the outbreak is over?? I work in a hospital as well as long term care. The hospital had influenza "a" breakout and the flu shot doesn't cover it. I am lucky enough to have my permanent position at the other place so I just didn't pick shifts up at the hospital
