Is it possible to be in labor without feeling pain? My tummy's been hard on and off since yesterday? Anyone who experience it before?

It could just be Braxton Hick. If it's happening more than four times in an hour, drink some water and lay down. If that doesn't help and it's still continuing at that pace or increasing, go to the doctor/hospital!
