is the beach ok??
Im a southern girl and live just a couple hours from the beach. Its always been a big part of my summer since i was a little girl. Now that im pregnant im wondering, is there anything i need to worry about? Is it ok to sit in the water?? And suggestions.
Yes you'll be fine. Stay hydrated and use screen and personally I'd say be sure to shower/rinse not long after so you don't get sand in your privates of course
I've been a couple times, don't have a fitting bathing suit tops so I haven't been able to actually go out in the water completely but still get my legs wet and stuff, and haven't had any problems other than normal problems with the fact I burn easy
