is there anything that I can take while pregnant??? PLEASE help.

hello everyone! i need some help here and i'm really hoping theres something i can do to help myself. well for the last couple days i have been so sick with a sinus infection. i have a sore throat, sinus pressue headaches, stuffy/runny nose, bad bad cough where i'm coughing up mucous. well i know i can take tylenol and that kinda has been helping the head pain but not to much. what i need to know is there anything i can buy at walmart tomorrow morning to help relieve some of this sickness?? i am currently 13 wks pregnant and i know there isn't much i can take but i'm hoping there is something out there over the counter i can get to relieve this... right after i had my dd i got this same thing and i went to my doctor and he gave me nothing bc i was breastfeeding. so i basically have been trying to tough it out thinking there isn't much that he can do for me.. honestly i cant take this sickness much longer. i have absolutely NO energy to do anything bc i'm miserable. and being miserable with a 4 year old and a 6 month old is NOT possible lol. soooo if anyone can tell me something at all i can buy tomorrow when i go to walmart PLEASE let me know.. thanks so much for the help!!!

Sudafed, Tylenol, robitussin is fine too. Don't worry too much! also, if your sinusus are runny, try benadryl. it'll dry your sinuses out. :) and it's safe.

I found the sheet of ok meds to use while pregnant that my dr gave me

Soar throat  Chloraseptic Spray or Lozenges
Cough         RObitussin DM or PE, Mucinex
Headaches  Tylenol or Extra Strength Tylenol

I hear that the Mucinex helps clear up the lungs really well.

Hope this helps

But if you have a sinus infection you will probably need antibiotics to clear that up. Your dr will be able to give you something that is safe I took an antibiotic for a bladder infection when I was pregnant.  So there are a few safe ones out there.

I know you can have lozenges and cough drops but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to stay away from cold medicines. I used to have a sheet with appropriate medications during pregnancy but alas that was a couple years ago and I've since tossed it in the recycle bin.
