I am 28 weeks pregnant and have had loss of appitite for a while now. Just try to eat smaller meals all day instead of 3 big meals eat 6-8 Small meals. This is what I was told to do by my nutritionist.
Usually in the very beginning of pregnancy before morning sickness starts you actually seem more hungry rather than having a loss of appetite. It differs from person to person but it isn't really a symptom.
Loss of appetite or aversion to certain foods can be a symptom of pregnancy. Loss of appetite alone is not a symptom of pregnancy though, it can just be one of the many symptoms you can experience. It could also be a symptom of many other things.
