is this the return of morning sickness?

I will be 20 weeks pregnant on sunday. I have had very bad
morning sickness early on but nothing in 2 weeks. Last night I had to
get up in the middle of the night to vomit - that was just food but this
morning I vomited bright yellow vomit and the same again about an hour
and a half later having eaten or drunk nothing in between. I have had
bile like vomit in morning sickness but it was usually a clear yellow. I
have also been suffering from a migraine since yesterday morning. Also i
seem to lose control of my bladder when i vomit because the vomiting is
so violent. is this just the return of morning sickness or could it be
something else?

Funny you should mention morning sickness coming back! I am 21 weeks and this morning, out of nowhere, I vomited! Mine was that bright yellow color because I had nothing in my stomach. It has happened to me before, but that was 3 weeks ago.  It hurt so bad. I thought I was going to burst a blood vessel in my eye or head or something! I thought it was gone for sure, but I guess not. I think maybe there was another spike in the hormones. I know some women suffer with morning sickness their entire pregnancy, let's pray that's not us! Hopefully it will be gone for good in a couple of weeks here!
