Try putting a cool rag on them...it worked wonders for me

Extreme itching can be obstetric Chloestatis so might be worth checking just in case

You can get lanolin cream for your nipples. It's used for breastfeeding and it was a lifesaver for me. You can find it in the baby section next to the breastfeeding products.

Yeah i heard scratching causes stretch marks. Yesterday i couldn't wear a bra because it itched so bad.

I woul not scratch...put some lotion or body oil on them...they are getting bigger that. Is why they. Itch... that's. What I. Used to do.

Scratch them....mine is as well. They are just just being prepared for the baby. They are growing.
