kidneys

Im being admited to the hospital cause one of my sons kidneys are larger than the other and he has fluid in his tummy, im only 34weeks and they may or may not keep him inside me. Has anyone had this problem?  How can this happen to him? Im so sad about this:( my poor baby something can happen to him they said.

Im sorry honey. never had this happen but my baby was born via c section yesterday and she pooped in womb due to stress and has fluid in her lungs, is runnin a fever but they dont know why and shes on oxygen bc she was breathing too fast. i cried when i found out bc its been almost 24hrs and i havent got to hold her yet. im prayin for you and your baby honey.

My aunt had that same problem with her son one kidney was smaller than the other they said it was because of his ambilical cord he only had 3 vessels in it instead of 3 but he is healthy to this day he is almost 4 years old they just keep an eye on him and do check ups on it. I hope your baby is healthy like him.

I had my daughter at 34 weeks and she only weighed 5.9 lbs she was fine other then a minor feeding problem.  I truly hope you lil man comes out fine if that's the case.  I will keep you both in my prayers

also to mention he is 7lbs already and i still need about 2months to go. This is worrying me he has a body of a fully developed baby but his insides are still not ready. They gave me a steroid to help his lungs mature.
