I woke up lastnight because of the same thing!! It's horrible but i try to
eat a banana and drink more water during the day it usually eases it up at least a little bit... but i have to rotate between both sides at night because of the pain i get in my hips and legs if I'm on one side for too long!
Only 45 more days of this for me.. lol hoping it eases up.. i love my sleep & haven't been sleeping for crap this whole trimester. :(
I just haven't felt the cramps cover my whole legs like this or be in my knees instead of my calves..
I started out with leg pains and what not and now it's my hips and my legs. When I sleep I have to rotate between my right and left sides because my hips and legs hurt so bad!!! It's no fun! Lol
Leg cramps are very common during pregnancy... drink some more water daily and also try some bananas
