I know that not everyone agrees with chiropractic care, but I really do swear by my chiropractor.  I had similar pain at about 7-8 weeks in my pregnancy, and my chiropractor did some adjustments to my hip that really helped.  I have found that from very early on my joints have just felt out of whack, and she has been a Godsend.

That being said, I was seeing her before I became pregnant, and I already knew and trusted her.  I don't know if I would recommend starting to see a chiropractor once you are already pregnant... it probably just depends on the person and if you have someone you trust...  I don't trust every chiropractor and I would not go to any other chiropractor than mine during my pregnancy.

I would try to rest the best you can. Maybe try taking some tylenol? And if it doesn't go away or gets worse maybe put a call into your Dr.
Good Luck!!

I had pain like this. My doctor told me it is very possible to dislocate your hips, especially in pregnancy. Or it could just be that your hips are sore. Your hips move and tilt during pregnancy.
