Eat bananas! Lots and lots of bananas! That helped me ward off the ungodly painful leg cramps a little. Id only get them once or twice a week versus always :)
oh how terrible are rhese. i started getting them at 20 weeks and it was almost everynight. i had to jump out of bed and bounce around on my leg for 5 minutes. they are so awful lol. as soon as the baby is born though they go thankfully
Yes ma'am, I get them as well;-( I try to stretch mylegs every night to try to prevent it from happening. Try flexing your toes back towards you and then rotating your foot/feet. Hang in there;-)
