liars !

My aunt is due August 1st and she said the doctors are inducing her July 30th if she doesnt have the baby by the 30th I asked her if somethin was wring with the baby she says no. This is my first child bt I was pretty sure yu dont get induced if there's nothing wrong w the baby and if you're nt paat due. I think she lied about her due date because this is her 3rd baby by the 3rd guy and she wasn't married befoee she got pregnant not to mention she just moved to a new state and popped up pregnant 3 months after being gone. I just feel like shes lieing and I HATE being lied to ! I'm not perfect I just hate that she puts up a front all the time now that shes moved we're so distant and we we're really close before she left

All pregnancies are different. And ifnshes on her third its super common to look absolutely huge. I'm twice the size I was with my first. Its normal. She should let it come naturally but doctors okay those things all the time.

All pregnancies are different lol and that's ok! If it risked her or baby's life and usually the main concern with induction is if it's your first baby you might have to get a c-section but even that's not horrible. I have a couple people I've been talking to about getting induced and having a c-section and they say it's worth it and it's not as awful as most women make it sound, longer recovery but you have to recover either way. I wouldn't fret to much ;)

But if babys fine why would they induce her and I know thibgs are different from ftm and I guess repeating mothers lol but isnt that causing unnecessary risks possibly ? Why not let it happen naturally she hasnt had a problem with her previous pregnancy and this pregnancy is fine and another reason I questioned it was because when she was6 mnths it looked like she was goin any day and now that she is days away she looks like shes having twins and shes always looked further along than what she was when she was 2 months she looked 4 months. It just seems weird I jnow every pregnancy is different my mom has 5 kids 3 of which I was was there every step of the way with tr he pregnancies ny aunt is just being really strange maybe I'm too much in my emotions idk

I'm a ftm and getting induced at 39 weeks so my husband can be here for the birth...no medical issues. He works out of state half a year and would not be here if I wasn't to get induced and he wanted to be here terribly so my doctor ok'd it and I'm going in Sunday night :))

There doesn't have to be anything wrong nor you past your due date to get induced. In today's society,  a lot of doctors are suggesting women to get induce if they don't dilate or anything starts to happen for labor they will induce you. I really don't know her situation but she may be telling the truth..... I'm pregnant now & my due date is Aug 3 my doctor suggested me to get induced July 28th but I'm trying to wait it out & if nothing happens, he will induce me July 30 or August 1st

So its not weird for her to be induced 2 days before her due date.

Actually a lot of doctors will induce you at 39 weeks if you just ask them especially if its not your first baby.
