lost twins in 27weeks due to preterm birth?what are the possibilities for my next child for preterm birth?

I got preterm labor on august 25th 2009 and gave birth through csection(even vaginal delivery is possible at that my babies were in breech position my doctor did immediate csection) of my twin baby boys.but  i lost them in 2 days(26th august 2009).what are the possibilities for me to get preterm labor pain when i concieve again?give advice for a healthy pregnancy and give birth for a healthy child.

I gave birth to twin girls at 23weeks n 5days one died shortly after the birth the other at 6 weeks old.. This was quite recent n feel worried n confused. Y did it happen. Will it happen agAin. How long shld I wait to. Try again. X

First off im so sorry for your loss and hope you are getting the support you need. My baby was born at 25 weeks that was 10 years ago. With this pregnancy i had a cervical stitch put in at 14 weeks and now im 38 weeks pregnant. You need to sit down with your dr and ask if a cervical stitch would help as you may have a weak cervix. It got me this far which i never thought i would get. Good luck. x
