low hcq levels and no heartbeat at 7 weeks

did a home pregnancy test 2 days later started bleeding and went to ER and was told might be having miscarriage hcq levels were at 2000, next day went to my regular doc to do another hcg which they say should double every 2 days and my level was at 2200, went back to Dr 2 days later level was at 2900. was scheduled for an u/s 2 weeks later and they said i was 7 weeks but didnt see a heartbeat and said it could be tissue or blood inside the sack and didnt look like a baby, but to go to my regular Dr and do more another hcg to see what my levels were.I had my levels tested there and they were 27000 which she said was the right range to be at and to come back in 2 days and do another one which should double by then. i did that and she calls and tells me it didnt double but went up to 29000. now she sending me back to the u/s Dr to see what he wants to do now, which could include a d&c. im not bleeding and not in any pain. and wondering if anyone has been thru this and could offer any advice to me,

I haven't been through it but wondering if your dates are off.  Maybe you're not as far along as you think you are and everything is still all right.  Good luck!
