lower abdomen really sore

My lower abdomen, like right where the baby is positioned, is REALLY sore, it kinda feels like I pulled a muscle but it's all the way across. I'm not cramping or bleeding or anything, it just feels sore, like it's bruised :/ I'm 21+3, is this normal?

It's not severe or anything, and he's still kicking every few minutes so I'm assuming everything's alright.

I had a pain like that too a month ago and I went to the hospital for it because it wouldn't stop and they told me she was laying on a nerve and pinching it.

When I had my first daughter, I had pain like that and they labeled it as "round ligament pain." It was caused by the muscles and ligaments stretching to accommodate the growing uterus. I was right around 24  weeks probably when it happened.

I didn't think he was supposed to make me sore this early though? I can still feel him moving around, but everytime I move I feel like I'm pushing up against a bruise.
