Ultrasounds can be wrong. In fact, the further along you are the further off they will be. My sis in law for instance went a week over. According to her ultrasound, her baby was going to be close to nine pounds. He was under seven. How was your original "due date" determined? Last period, ultrasound? If it was an ultrasound, were you still in your first tri? Before ten weeks tends to be the most accurate.
