medicing for colds

So I recently figured out I can't take robitussin with out feeling sick a possible wanting to throw up. I tried drinking tea to feel alittle better. I have a sore throat and plugged nose and a lot of pressure in the forehead, I blew my nose today and it felt like I almost popped my eyeball out and ever since I've had an eyeach a headach and slightly dizzy( been dizzy for a few days) any other medicine that will help me feel better? Thank you in advance!!

You can't take much other than robitussin and tylenol but for your stuffy nose,  you can use a saline nasal spray, put Vicks vapor rub on your chest, use a humidifier and pop some cough drops.

I called them and they said robitessin and that makes me sick. And I've been taking Tylenol but its not helping at all

You probably have a sinus infection. I would call your doctor and talk to them and ask what you can have. Anything without alcohol and dextro in it should be okay. Co-Tylenol and Tylenol PM are fine to take.
