So what milk do you moms to be drink while pregnant?  Which milk you think is best to drink when pregnant

I drink silk vanilla soy milk. It has more calcium and in my opinion tastes better.

I was recommended to drink 2% so that's what I have. :)

I have been drinking lactaid milk (fatfree). My hubby is super allergic to lactose... so our options are limited. I have used almond milk occasionally for the exra protein, but never by itself as I cant stand the flavor.

I drink fat free or skim just because if you look at how much fat is in milk..it's disgusting even 2% except my bf just came home with two jugs if 1%...ugh oh well, he tries lol just like when i was craving tuna with mayo and he brought home miracle whip lol he's so cute

I drink the Horizon with dha/folic acid in it bcz its just another source for bby n me to get that besides my prenatals!! but thats just me althou it its a lil expensive

I drink mostly ultra skim occasionally 2%.  I don't really think it matters what kind of milk you drink while pregnant your baby and your self need plenty of things that are in it. Here if you get wic they give you whole or 2% while pregnant then skim after you have the baby
