miscarriage lookout

I am experiencing my first spotting in my pregnancy. I am 10/11 weeks and doc hasn't sent my scan date yet. Had sex 2 days ago and since then I have only spotted in the morning, pinkish on the first day and darker reddish today. Is there significant signs I should be looking out for that deffinately mean there's a problem? Please help.

Definant signs please and give lots of detail please.

Am sorry I'm becoming a bit of a medhelp junkie as I'm a first time mum to be and have no one else to talk too.

If you're that concerned, take a visit to the ER. I would. Keep in mind, PMS and pregnancy symptoms are similar. So please, don't get yourself upset over symptoms.

Spotting in early pregnancy can be normal. When it turns bright red and starts to be more of a flow than spotting and u experience cramping along with the bleeding can mean a miscarriage. Not to scare u but with my first miscarriage I only experienced dark brown spotting for a couple days no actual red blood flowing no cramping and did not pass any tissues. Just as a precaution u should calk your Dr and see what they have to say about it.

I have heard that a lot. But when I spoke to the doctor she said that aswekl she said that it can be a sign of miscarriage or it can be nothing to worry about. So she's goinng to see if she can can me a scan date soon.

My worry is that I feel like I'm on my period. Bad mood, headache, sore lower back only am not bleeding very much just a little. Am just worried am going to start bleeding more and more. And then that's it :( words cannot describe how much this baby is wanted, so I'm finding myself getting pretty emotional, and I don't even know what's up yet.

Thanks

Like Shannon said, spotting in early pregnancy can be completely normal. Things to look for is bleeding with clots or severe cramping or both

You can also go to the ER and they will give you an ultrasound then

Spotting in early pregnancy is common. I had spotting at about 10 weeks, so I had an ultrasound done and everything was fine.

Sex can also irritate the cervix, so I would maybe avoid sex until you get the ok from the doctor.

Although if you are still concerned, go to to your doctor and they should do an ultrasound around this time. It's better to be safe then sorry.
